1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, click the one you want to edit.
  3. Click on the Property icon in the left navigation menu.
  4. Click Edit property.
  5. Click the Contact tab.
  6. Scroll down to the SMS alerts section.
  7. Select your country code from the drop down box. 
  8. Enter your full mobile number, excluding the country code.
  9. Click Save Changes
  10. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number.
  11. Click Save Changes.

Owners who respond within the first three hours of receiving an enquiry are two and a half times more likely to get the booking than owners who wait 24 hours or more. Receiving your enquiries via text message (SMS) is one way to be notified of a rental enquiry and respond quickly.
