How do I decline a request or resend a quote with new dates?

Re-sending an updated quote with new dates
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the Inbox icon in the left navigation menu
- Click open the appropriate pending reservation request.
- Scroll down to the Quote section.
- Enter the new dates.
- Click Save.
- Click Reply & preapprove* or Reply with quote.
*The Reply and pre-approve option is only available if you have Payments enabled on your listing.
Decline a reservation request
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the Inbox icon in the left navigation menu.
- Click open the appropriate pending reservation request.
- Under Select a template, Click Decline.
- Select a template to reply with or type a response.
- Select the reason for declining the request from the drop-down menu.
- Click Decline.
An email notification is sent to the traveller letting them know their reservation request has been declined.
