How do I edit a reservation?

In the course of your business operations, you may need to modify a traveller’s reservation. There are two ways you can edit a reservation.
Editing a reservation via your reservations list
- Log in to your account.
- If you have more than one listing, click on the appropriate property.
- Click on the left navigation menu to expand.
- Click Reservation Manager.
- Click Reservation list.
- Click the reservation you wish to edit.
- Click Edit next to the reservation status.
- Edit or add the information you wish.
- Click Save.
Editing a reservation via your calendar
- Log in to your account.
- If you have more than one listing, click on the one you want to edit.
- Click on the Calendar icon in the left navigation menu.
- Click Reservations.
- Click on the reservation in your Reservation List. This will take you to the Edit Reservation page.
- Edit or add the information as needed.
- Click Save.
Please note that a reservation can only be edited if the status is Booked, Reserved or Post Stay. Cancelled or Timed out bookings and enquiries do not have the option to be edited.
