How do I get access to details about my rental?
You can access important information about your rental by accessing your Traveller Account. In your Traveller Account, you will be able to find:
- The owner or property manager’s contact information.
- The address of the rental. The address is available 30 days before check-in.
- Extra details provided by the owner or property manager. These may include Wi-Fi instructions, Access/Door codes, etc.
Please note that some information is only available if the owner or manager provides it. They may opt to limit when details become available. For example, they may choose to only show the door code/access info 7 days before check-in.
We recommend you access your Traveller Account via the mobile app to receive as many details about your rental as possible.
You will also receive an email with any provided information 10 days before your stay. If your check-in day is within 10 days at the time of booking, this email gets sent once you receive your booking confirmation email.
If this information is not available you will need to contact the owner or manager directly.
