How do I update my bank account information?

Update bank account

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing select the listing you wish to update.
  3. Click the Property icon in the left navigation menu.
  4. Click Rules & policies.
  5. Click Payment Options.
  6. Under Payment methods, click the three dots and select Update bank. If you do not currently have a bank account set up, click Add bank details.

Once your bank account has been updated, all payments or potential refunds from past, current, or future bookings will be done through your new bank account. You should tell your travellers to not make payments until your bank account has been updated. You will receive an email confirmation when your bank account is updated.

If you need to change the currency for your payments account, please contact our Customer Support team.

If you are requesting this change due to a recent sale of property or change in property management, your request may get revoked. Listings cannot be transferred to another party. In the event of a property sale or change in property management, we can provide guidance on options for creating a new listing.
