When Owners and Travellers continue to engage in conversations through our website, please be assured these will not be reviewed unless there is a genuine requirement to. Conversations may be reviewed for trust and security purposes, and to provide the best traveller experience, we may have to review if offenses of our marketplace standards are reported. In such a case, this access will be limited only to those employees who need to undertake the review.
