What do I do if I have not received a response to my enquiry?

Once you submit a booking request, owners and managers have 24 hours to either accept or decline your request. If they do not take either action, we will automatically decline the request so you are able to submit a booking request on an alternate property.

If you have not yet received a response, there are a few troubleshooting steps you may take while your request is pending:

  1. Verify that you received an enquiry confirmation email from us. This will confirm that your enquiry was delivered to the owner or manager.
  2. Verify that you do not have any responses from the property owner or manager in your email’s junk or spam folder.
  3. Adjust your email filter settings to allow for incoming messages from “”.

You may also withdraw your pending booking request at any time before it is either accepted or declined. To withdraw your pending booking request, or check the status of your booking, log into your traveller account and click MyTrips.
