What should I do if the owner does not respond after I booked their property?

We do recommend that property owners reply to all messages from travellers within 24 hours. If your booking has been confirmed and your stay is more than 48 hours away it may take the owner slightly longer to get back to you.

You may find the owner’s contact details by logging into My trips and selecting your upcoming trip. You may see the option to message the property owner and see their telephone number.

If your query is urgent and the owner is not responding to email, we recommend that you contact the property owner or manager directly by phone if they have provided a number. If the owner does not answer the first time you try to call, we recommend that you leave a voice mail if possible and try to call again later.

If you have not been contacted by the owner and you are due to check into the property in less than 48 hours, please contact customer support team and we will try to contact the owner on your behalf.
